Profile: The Hero of Light

Wind Waker was well poorly received and while Nintendo was working on what fans wanted, more on that when it come around, they decided to well pacify fans for a while.  This pacification was to take the acclaimed Four Swords and make a longer game on the GameCube and use the GBA as controllers. With this venture into co-op we get a new Link you how does this one stand.

Names: Link
Age: 14 to 15
Motivation: Moderate

This one was easier than their predecessors from Four Swords yet somehow the same.  This story starts off very much like Four Swords Zelda with Link check on the Seal for Vaati, however this time the are joined by 6 maidens.  Ok need to stop for a second I am a defender of the Zelda Timeline and agree with everything's placement but this game. Let me say 1st I love this game and enjoyed the hell out of it, but thematically it doesn't work in the child timeline. 1st there are the maidens a concept introduced by A Link to the Past. The 2nd is Ganon is well the Demon King and again he never achieved this form in this timeline. I would of at the worst put this Game after Zelda 2 or before LoZ. OK enough of the rant back to the profile. Now while  Zelda and the Maiden's attempted strengthen the seal. Shadow Link shows up and captures the 7  and taunts Link into pulling the sword breaking the seal and releasing Vaati. To quote myself "This is your standard responsibility motivation."  Now like most Zelda games before this one link is not given much personality, however in the manga adaptation by Akira Himekawa each Link is given different personalities and treated as well four different people. While the Manga are not canon to game lore they are some of the best representations of the game outside of the game itself.  Now in two games we fought Vaati and saved Zelda but how did Vaati get sealed away right. Well we will find out as we take look at the Hero of the Minish.
