It Been A Torrented Love Affair

So I love my collecting every new toy is a new adventure some better than others some worse.  Recently I have been having a rapidly growing spree with one particular brand of figure makers.  This one is with Tamashii Nations has gotten a little out of hand now Bluefin has made it much easier by having a domestic launch of many of their figures new and old however  their NY Toy Fair display and news was rather disappointing. Now with the last few months I have been looking over my preorders  and it is riddled with Tamashii Nations figures mostly S.H. Figarts line and with that mostly Power Rangers/Sentai. So I made a grownup decision what on the list right now will be the last of it I'm finishing off my power Rangers toys and the Kamen Rider stuff.  Now I'm jumping on their Naruto line because if it like the DBZ line it will take forever and become insanely hard to get quickly. I'm also keeping my eye on the Mario line as well and hopeful for more Nintendo Figures.  I’m doing this because a new transformers movie will have some figures another reason is this shit is getting stupid expensive and importing sucks. I’m not removing my endorsement of these figures I still encouragement if you have the money to buy your favorite characters.

My top 5 Villians in Power Rangers

So lately I’ve been watching Power Rangers Super Mega Force (that is a mouth full to say). As much as the last season Mega Force was hard to watch I find myself enjoying this season.   Now as I watch the show and geek out over the use of the legendary Ranger powers I got to thinking about villains and I came up with my top 5 favorites. Now without any more delay here is the list.  5. Deker Now Deker is a sub villain from Samurai. He was once a human whose wife gave up both of their humanity to save his life. Deker sought power and to challenge those he viewed as strong as such he kept challenging the Red Ranger to test his metal. In doing so this both character where strongly developed and made for some of the best stories in the Samurai seasons.  Now another awesome fact about Deker was he could take human form. This human form is played by Ricardo Medina, Jr. who is also known (in Power Ranger Fandom) for playing Cole Evans the Red Wild Force Ranger.

What is the Mech Genre?

So in My life some of my favorite types of games, anime, and hero shows have a common theme and that theme is Mechs. Like the theme of Megas XLR says "I Dig Giant Robots", However the genre is not just limited to giant robots. The mech genre has so much cross over with fantasy, SciFi, and Tokusatsu that giving it a definition is well very difficult. That doesn't mean I'm not about to try.
