Just a Thought: DLC

So if their is one thing I love it's bacon... I mean it's extending the life of my single player games with DLC. But here in lies my problem you need Microsoft points or cash depending on you system of witch I have none.  I now find my self in a large problem area there are so many DLCs for great games like Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age: Origins. Their is also, though it has been out for a while now, the plethora of DLC for Fallout 3. what this does is keeps game alive. Now you may be asking what is D.L.C. it stands for DownLoadable Content and it's not just expansions to single player  its also new maps for multiplayer and new characters too.  DLC can bring more life into your game  I encourage people to buy more DLC and developers to make more. What brought about this little blog about DLC is that Activison Recently put back on the market The Marvel Ultimate Alliance DLC pack they where barely up to being with. Now this packs will only be up until the end of the year so get them while you can. Now I'm going to go make me a BLT and try to find enough money to buy me some Microsoft points and then precede to review me some DLC.

So lately I’ve been watching Power Rangers Super Mega Force (that is a mouth full to say). As much as the last season Mega Force was hard to watch I find myself enjoying this season.   Now as I watch the show and geek out over the use of the legendary Ranger powers I got to thinking about villains and I came up with my top 5 favorites. Now without any more delay here is the list.  5. Deker Now Deker is a sub villain from Samurai. He was once a human whose wife gave up both of their humanity to save his life. Deker sought power and to challenge those he viewed as strong as such he kept challenging the Red Ranger to test his metal. In doing so this both character where strongly developed and made for some of the best stories in the Samurai seasons.  Now another awesome fact about Deker was he could take human form. This human form is played by Ricardo Medina, Jr. who is also known (in Power Ranger Fandom) for playing Cole Evans the Red Wild Force Ranger.

What is the Mech Genre?

So in My life some of my favorite types of games, anime, and hero shows have a common theme and that theme is Mechs. Like the theme of Megas XLR says "I Dig Giant Robots", However the genre is not just limited to giant robots. The mech genre has so much cross over with fantasy, SciFi, and Tokusatsu that giving it a definition is well very difficult. That doesn't mean I'm not about to try.
